Canada Post delivery times are based on normal delivery conditions, and are therefore subject to change without notice.

Canada Post may change or suspend its on-time delivery guarantee during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to:

  2. Epidemics
  3. Labour disruptions
  4. Equipment failures
  5. Unanticipated surges in volume


Undeliverable packages: Refused shipments or packages with a failed delivery status will be returned to Advanced Nutrition Programme Canada and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery Fee. Non-Delivery Fees are charged to the original payment method selected time of order placement, and will be subtracted from any refund.

Advanced Nutrition Programme Canada uses Canada Post for all shipments. Receive free Canada Post Expedited Parcel ground shipping on orders over $75.00 before taxes, to most Canadian addresses.

Advanced Nutrition Programme Canada orders are shipped from western Canada and delivery times are based on Canada Post estimates.

Order Processing Time

Orders received before 1 p.m. Mountain Standard/Daylight Time (3 p.m. Eastern) are processed the same day.  Orders received after 1 p.m. MST/MDT (3 p.m. EST/EDT) are processed the next business day.  Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by close of business the following Monday.

Change Of Address

Please ensure that the Ship To address you provide at order checkout is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.


Shipping Conditions 

We are unable to ship products once temperatures surpass -20 C in Western Canada, as the integrity of the item(s) can be impacted due to the freezing temperatures during the shipping process. You will be notified if this situation is applicable to you order.
